Boundaries: A Love/Hate Story

My job as a podcast host is an embarrassment of riches. I have basically enjoyed free therapy for NINE YEARS — the smartest, wisest, most experienced voices in every domain speaking an hour of their knowledge into my lil’ ears every single week. Occasionally a particular insight zings me harder than usual. Such was the case when I hosted The Wake-Up Call two weeks ago with four of my most brilliant friends. The entire hour was PACKED with solid gold content, because these women are at the top of their fields, but one answer stuck in my craw so much, I have talked about it a dozen times since:
