When Everything Feels Off...
What we shared in The AWAKE Collective Live — and why it matters.
This month inside The AWAKE Collective, we gathered for our March AWAKE Collective Live—and we talked about something I think so many of us have been quietly carrying…
It’s not a crisis. It’s not a breakdown. But it is a low, gray, hard-to-name feeling where everything feels a little off.
In the middle of that conversation, this moment really stuck with me: When we’re overwhelmed, we assume we need to change everything. But what if that’s not true?

Maybe you’re tired, feeling a little blue, a little overwhelmed, and still expected to function like you’ve got it all together.
Sometimes our instinct is to go big. New job. New stuff. New routines. Maybe a full personality overhaul while we’re at it.
But what we talked about—and what I keep coming back to—is that it’s almost never about blowing up your whole life. More often, it’s the smallest shifts that start to bring you back.
So we named a few of those together. Getting outside on purpose, even if it’s just your backyard. Being with people who feel like home instead of performing your way through another social obligation. Saying out loud, “I think I’m a little blue,” instead of carrying it alone. And tackling the small, unfinished tasks that quietly pile up and make everything feel heavier than it is.
Nothing dramatic. Nothing fancy. But together, they start to change the weather inside.
And honestly, one of the best parts of the whole night was watching women realize in real time: it’s not just me; I’m not alone in this.
If you’re in that in-between space where nothing is falling apart but nothing feels quite right either, this conversation is for you
You can watch the full replay by joining me inside The AWAKE Collective.
.Also—our next AWAKE Collective Live is April 14th at 12 PM CST. Mark your calendars. I hope to see you there!

This guide is for AWAKE Collective members and is an invitation to slow down and notice what’s happening beneath the surface — in your thoughts, your body, your relationships, and your inner life.
It isn’t about doing more.
It’s about paying attention.
Sometimes awakening isn’t a breakthrough.
Sometimes it’s simply recognizing when your spirit feels a little dim, a little tired, a little tangled — and responding with care instead of pressure.
Inside the March Reflection Guide:
Part One: Journaling
Guided prompts to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and inner landscape with honesty and curiosity.Part Two: Practices
Simple, grounding practices that help shift your internal weather — through attention, connection, and small forward movement.Part Three: A 5-Day Reset
